1. Provider

2. Service

We provide private individuals with a postal address in the United Kingdom and handle post received for the named recipients on their account: reception, envelope scanning, open & scan on request, storage, forwarding and, depending on the plan, parcel reception. The service is not available to companies, partnerships or other legal persons, and post addressed to them is returned to sender.

3. Identity verification

The service starts after verification of the account holder’s identity. You guarantee the accuracy of the information provided and inform us of any change.

4. Subscription and payment

Subscriptions are monthly, payable in advance by card via Stripe, and renew automatically each month. Prices are in pounds sterling; no VAT is charged. Postage and published extras are billed in addition.

5. Right to cancel (cooling-off period)

You may cancel within 14 days of subscribing without giving a reason. By asking us to start the service immediately, you agree to pay for the service provided until you cancel.

6. Ending your subscription

You may end your subscription at any time from the customer portal or by e-mail; it ends at the end of the paid month. Remaining post is forwarded at your cost or returned to sender, as you instruct.

7. Acceptable use

The address may not be used for fraud, to receive prohibited or dangerous goods, for business purposes or for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse items and suspend the service in case of misuse.

8. Liability

We handle post with care. Our liability is limited to direct loss and to the amounts paid in the last 12 months, except where the law does not allow such a limit; the liability of postal carriers is governed by their own terms. Use insured or tracked services for valuable items.

9. Personal data

Personal data is processed according to our privacy policy.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swiss law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Place of jurisdiction is Lausanne, Switzerland, unless consumer law allows you to bring proceedings in your own country.
