Can I use this address as my home address?

No. It is a postal address for receiving mail. It is not a residential address, so it cannot be used where a proof of residence is required (for example for a driving licence or the electoral register), and it does not change your tax residence.

Who can receive post at my address?

The account holder, plus additional named people depending on your plan (up to 5 on Premium). Post for names that aren’t registered is returned to sender.

Do you sign for Special Delivery and Signed For items?
